The terms and conditions described in the returns policy apply to all products purchased from the PhotoMagnet online store (www.photomagnet.gr) in Greece.

In addition to the rights provided by the returns policy, all rights applicable to consumers under the existing provisions and laws regarding the sales contract are recognized in any case, as well as any rights arising in relation to the warranty terms of the products.

1.1 Defective products

In the event of a defective product, the Company will replace it or refund the consumer the money corresponding to the value of the product, upon the consumer’s request.

In the event that the wrong product has been sent, the online store will refund the consumer the money corresponding to the value of the returned product, the delivery costs, as well as the return costs.

1.2 Withdrawal

You have 14 days to change your mind. If you change your mind, you must notify us, either through the contact form on www.photomagnet.gr in the “Product return request” field, or by sending an e-mail to the address: info@photomagnet.gr,

From the moment you inform us that you have changed your mind, you can return the products you have ordered within 14 days. In case the products are not returned within 14 days, then photomagnet may not accept any return or replacement of the product. In any case, the return deadline must be respected, especially when it comes to consumable products and products that can deteriorate or expire soon.

Whichever method you choose for the product return request, the return request takes effect from the date you notify the Company of the request to return the goods.

Refund of the value of returned products

If you meet the return conditions, you will be refunded the amount corresponding to the value of the products you are returning in the same way that you made the original transaction (e.g. credit/debit card, PayPal), unless you wish to use another return method, for which you must inform the Company in writing. In addition, you will be refunded the amount you spent on the transportation fees for the products you purchased through the online store www.photomagnet.gr to your location.

The refund of the value of the returned products will be made as soon as possible. In any case, it will be made after the Company receives the return and checks whether the return conditions specified in the Returns Policy are met.
